Workout to slim down your neck and face


Chew chewing gum or bubblegum. The constant chewing action will use many muscles in the face and if you enjoy chewing gum, it's not going to be hard to do.Chew sugar-free gum. Avoid adding any more sugar to your diet than needed.
Open your mouth as roundly and widely as you can. Hold it for a few seconds. Then relax.Repeat this about 30 times in a row, three times a day (morning, noon and evening).
To perform a chin and neck exercise, lay down on a bed, flat on your back with arms and legs relaxed. Flex your neck and bring your chin to your chest and hold for 30 seconds before releasing and resting for 15 seconds. Repeat once more after the 15 second rest period to conclude the chin and neck exercise. Do this daily to slim your cheek area
